To achieve maximum impact, here are some guidelines to prepare posters: Feature the title in extra large characters on the top of your poster. Display your materials in large print, so that it can be read from the distance. Include a sign-up pad or another possibility for those wanting additional informati-on. Many posters highlight colorful visuals. Notes for poster presentation at the conference: Posters can be put up at 9:00 h the day of the presentation. The poster area is signed with the poster numbers. Presenters should be with their poster the entire time of the poster session. Posters should be removed by 19:00 h, except for Tuesday. On Tuesday posters should be removed by 22:00 h.
