8TH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON PLASMA SURFACE ENGINEERING

Proceedings
The proceedings are published as Volumes 174-175 of the Journal "Surface and Coatings Technologies".
The Proceedings will be sent to all full participants by mail (September/October 2003).
The PSE 2002 was a big success with more than 630 participants.
This biennial conference is a well established and
important forum in the field of plasma and ion/particle beam assisted surface and thin film technology.
An industrial exhibition is organized as a part of the conference. This is a good opportunity for
companies to present their products and services.
The conference is organized by the European Joint Committee on Plasma and Ion Surface Engineering (EJC/PISE).
